We're now looking for a MANUFACTURING ENGINEER INTERN to play an important role in Engineering. What makes you stand out is your passion for what your work means - coupled with your ability to listen to customers and respond with appropriate urgency.
The Opportunity
You’ll be a responsible for working on projects to support the below functions in order to improve the overall operations and engineering aspects of the business.
Safety/ergonomic improvements
CAPA completion
Improve efficiency throughput
Layout improvement
Material flow improvements
Downtime reduction
Standard work/training
Equipment validation
Testing
Experience/Qualifications/Capabilities
Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Strong preference given to those pursuing a degree in Industrial, Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
Sophomore year completion preferred
Proficient with CAD software, preferably Solid Works
Working Environment
This position is based out of our factory, which is located on the southwest side of Indianapolis.
Additional Information
The days and hours of work are Monday through Friday during standard office hours.
This is a temporary internship position.
Occasional off-shift work may be required as job duties demand.
