If you like interacting with people, have excellent customer service skills, like to keep busy and are a team player - we have a great Front Desk position open for you. Front desk Representatives are ambassadors for the hotel. They greet guests and provide outstanding service throughout the guests stay.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests while excelling in customer service
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, local shopping, dining, and entertainment
  • Complete daily check list
  • Make and confirm reservations properly
  • Answer telephone calls promptly and politely in accordance with hotel policies
  • Handling/balancing cash drawer
  • Restocking work area - maintain neat and organized
  • Assist with laundry process
  • Maintain common areas such as lobby, hallways and pool and ensure they are kept up to standards
  • Willingness to help in other departments as needed
  • Other duties assigned by Management

Salary: $8.55 /hour
