The position will be responsible for integrating all provided information including but not limited to plan sheets, state and city specifications, calculations, emails, quotes, purchase orders, and customer provided information into a submittal package with a letter of transmittal, required material list, and all drawings required for a sales order. This position will work closely with the engineering group as well as the sales personnel.
The position shall have the ability to:
- Create and modify documents and drawings in a controlled environment (Autodesk Vault).
- Assess customers required product is capable of form, fit, and function throughout the manufacturing process.
- Capable of being self-sufficient and meet due dates with minimal supervision.
- Ability to learn Oracle (operating system) to access required information for each project.
