job in Rhode Island : Post Acute Care Inpatient Rounding Physician OpeningsFull time and Part time Physician openings*185-200k base new PAC providers*220k for experienced PAC providers*Negotiable sign on, standard CME, phone allowance *Productivity is based on encounters with additional performance metrics in the near future. Very transparent and paid quarterly. Most Physicians generate $15k a quarter. Some more.*Half of the Providers have medical directorships or other stipends, which are separate.*Limit 3-4 sites per full time MD-with NP support (regionally close-some want more sites)*21 work days pr/month*Geriatric nocturnist team who takes overnight call, MD rotate every 18(+\-) weeks as back up.
