We have an immediate opening for Administrative Assistants to work at our Orem, Utah Corporate office. Conveniently located near UVU, BYU and University Mall.

The ideal administrative assistant will provide excellent customer service, excellent communication skills, good with numbers, a quick learner and a team player that also works well on independent tasks!

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Assistant support for departments as assigned
  • Dailey use of spreadsheets
  • Daily use of company CRM and other software
  • Written communication
  • Assist with reporting as assigned
  • Process daily and weekly transactions as assigned.
  • Attend team meetings

What we are looking for:

  • Prior administrative assistant, customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills including experience with Microsoft office
  • Proficient with Excel and Google docs, prior working experience
  • Ability to type 45 WPM+, fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • Good math, logic and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work as part of a greater team
  • Ability to work independently on tasks

Admin Assistant Compensation: $11- 13/hr+ (Negotiable DOE and position offered)
