The Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in leading a customer focused, top-line sales driven, profitable and productive store location. Successful Assistant Store Managers at PacSun inspire and motivate others by exhibiting excellence in our core values while maintaining a customer focused selling culture, and ensuring the execution of the Store’s daily operational goals. Assistant Store Managers also must hold store associates accountable to following all policies and procedures, meet business sales goals and create compelling customer experiences.
