• Supervises and engages children who are signed into the Småland play area
• Adheres to all safety and security policies during approved activities in Småland
• Communicates effectively with parents and children
• Escalates and follows up on issues, concerns, or incidences regarding safety and security of children
• Maintains record of paperwork to improve customers’ future shopping experiences
• Participates and contributes to store organized events
