Summary

As the Sales and Event Manager you responsible for planning, directing and coordinating all event outlets with a focus on driving and generating incremental revenue in line with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will develop sales through reoccurring and new accounts as well as oversee and work with a team for dinning reservations to ensure all incoming reservations and F&B inquiries are optimized.

As the key event manager, you will ensure that all events are organized and executed from start to finish with the highest quality service. It is imperative that you have a passion for superior customer service and ensure our guests experience our high standards of service from the moment they walk through the door.


Core Responsibilities

  • Provide quotes to inquiries regarding special events, catering and Banquet Event Orders (BEO)
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding payments and confidential information.
  • Provide courteous, timely return calls and communications to prospective clients and businesses
  • Ensure all calls are handled correctly and responded to in a timely fashion by all team members.
  • Handle customer complaints and/or elevated to the necessary level.
  • Understand the current clientele and work to expand the clientele through promotional ideas in coordination with PSE and the marketing/creative services team.
  • Develop new accounts through pro-active sales calls.
  • Analyze trends and data.
  • Serves the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company.
  • Maintains confidentiality when appropriate.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications for the Position:

  • Minimum of 5+ years F&B Sales experience
  • Event planning experience preferred
