Our Company is in need of a self-motivated and experienced Operations Manager to support our growing San Francisco region and expanding! This role is vital to the overall success of the company as the Operations Manager must demonstrate organizational and supervisory proficiency to maximize the client's satisfaction and oversee Janitorial and Concierge portfolios. You will have excellent support from our senior management team to provide ongoing guidance and training. We provide 11 states janitorial, maintenance, concierge and unarmed security services!

This position requires the Manager to be on-call should coverage at their properties require the Manager to fill in for open shifts.

Requirements:
  • Safety training knowledge - certifications preferable.
  • Bilingual-preferred.
  • Previous multi-site experience preferable.
  • Previous Front Desk/Concierge
  • Previous Housekeeping/Maintenance

Key Responsibilities:
  • Will commute regularly to visit all site within portfolio for quality assurance, productivity and constant communication with employees.
  • Possess a solid understanding of each client site and specific needs.
  • Meet regularly with property managers and maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Interview, hire, train and engage field associates - Ensure all employment paperwork is completed timely and accurately and communication with Human Resources and Recruiters.
  • Order appropriate uniforms, supplies and equipment employees.
  • Confirm field associates have required/current licenses and certifications.
  • Create and manage the work schedules of field associates.
  • Ensure all necessary logbooks, time sheets, sharps logs, SDS binders etc. are placed at each client site.
  • Manage job performance, including warnings and terminations.
  • Provide on-going training as needed.
  • Process payroll and approve time off requests; ensure client sites have necessary coverage at all times.
  • Recognize top performing associates through the company's rewards programs, and lead efforts to retain/elevate A-players.
  • Effectively manage budgets for each assigned client site.
  • Perform weekly random site inspections/audits and confirm field associates are professional, in uniform, wearing necessary ID badges, and in compliance with company/client/site requirements; prepare inspection reports.
  • Accessible to clients, the Management/Executive Teams and field associates at all times; respond promptly to inquiries and issues.
  • Perform responsibilities according to company policies and all applicable federal/state laws.
  • Handle other responsibilities as assigned.
