PrimeSource Building Products Inc., one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of building material products, has an immediate opportunity for Inside Sales Representatives in our Salt Lake City, Utah distribution center.

Responsibilities

This Inside Sales Representative role will be responsible for selling our full line of building products within PrimeSource customer channel over the telephone by performing the following duties:
  • developing a pipeline of prospective opportunities via interaction with an existing customer base and a network of prospects
  • making outbound lead follow-up calls to sell products and services
  • handling inbound sales lead calls to convert into sales
  • providing outstanding customer service
  • ability to build relationships and close business over the telephone
  • additional duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, quota driven and be willing to work as part of a sales team. Requires professional and confident telephone skills. Proficient keyboarding and computer skills also required. Any experience in the building materials industry is a big plus!

Education:
Must have High School Diploma or equivalent G.E.D
Bachelor's Degree or some college coursework preferred not required

Other Requirements:
0-3 years of Sales or telemarketing experience and/or a combination of education and experience.
Some knowledge of SAP and CRM helpful, but not required.
