Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Daily job responsibilities/functions to include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for the development of safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing processes and procedures
- Prepares engineering reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends; entering data and generating reports and presentations; performing calculations
- Evaluate processes for updating techniques, quality, and overall efficiency to improve manufacturing operations
- Write and review Engineering Change Order (ECO’s)
- Designs, writes, and prepare visual aids, drawings or work instructions for the assembly of cables using standard specifications, policies, and guidelines
- Assure procedures and documents are within compliance of ISO-9001
- Review of product design drawings Perform time and motion studies
- Participate and suggest cost reduction and process improvement initiatives
- Work to improve the manufacturability of our products
- Support and lead continuous improvement efforts within and outside the responsible department
- Follow applicable safety, quality, and environmental programs, policies, and procedures.
Expertise/Skills:
- Actively pursuing a bachelor degree in Industrial, Mechanical ,Electrical engineering or related technical discipline
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to work alone, or in a team environment with limited supervision
- Acts in an ethical and truthful manner, leading by example and earning the respect and trust of co-workers, customers, and other stakeholders
- Flexible and adaptive
- Delivers commitments, producing work of the highest quality in a timely and effective manner.
- Preferable to read and speak Spanish

- PC: Word, Excel, Power Point, and MS Project

- Above average computer skills to enable incumbent to utilize database, spreadsheet, word processing programs, statistical and Computer Aided Drafting programs
Education / Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent,
- Experience in Manufacturing (1 year) as Quality Inspector
