As a Benefits Administrator, you will service to be a subject matter expert in Section 125 benefits, 401K, FMLA and Workers Comp administration.
Be the benefits subject matter expert responsible for responding to employees and field HR teams benefits inquiries
Resolve problems regarding company benefits programs and act as a liaison between employees and Third Party Vendors
Understand risk and compliance aspects of benefits administration, and have strong working knowledge of benefits and payroll related federal and state laws including, but not limited to FLSA, FMLA, HIPAA, FICA, ERISA, COBRA and 401(k)
Monitor daily eligibility and claims concerns.
