Customer Account Representative
Job Description
Summary
The Customer Acct Rep manages rental accounts and meets company account management goals and expectations by collecting on current and past due accounts while adhering to company standards, policies and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer service satisfaction.
Account Management:
- Maintain accurate records of customer accounts and communicate in person and via phone with the customer to promote timely payments.
- Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards.
- Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned.
- Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards
Sales:
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
- Obtain new rental order forms on the sales floor and over the phone
- Complete rental agreements as required
- Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print material.
Requirements:
*Must be able to pass background and Drug Test
- must have a valid drivers license
- Must be at least 19 years of age
- Must have a high school diploma or GED

Salary: $12.00 to $13.50 /hour

Experience:
- Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Driving: 2 years (Preferred)
