Madrona Ridge Residential has an opening for a Maintenance Supervisor at Bridges at 11th in Seattle, WA.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the property maintenance meets the company standards and those set by law. Lead a team in diagnosing problems and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, dry wall, appliances etc. Schedule, monitor and perform maintenance, and respond to work order requests from residents. Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed.

Requirements for this position include a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in apartment maintenance with current HVAC and CPO certification. A current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance also required. Must have experience scheduling turns, purchase ordering, painting and all basic service requests, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a polite and professional approach and excellent customer service skills. We are also seeking candidates who demonstrate strong leadership abilities and organizational skills. Position requires weekend and holiday work.
