Based on recent growth, Romanoff Renovations is looking for qualified In-Home Bath Sales Representatives in Jonesboro, Ga and surrounding areas today. There are no limits to your earnings - the average first year earnings are estimated between $50k-70K, with top performers earning well over $100K. We provide all of the tools you need to be successful: paid training, pre-qualified leads, no cold-calling, flexible scheduling, and a supportive sales team!

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Designing & selling bathrooms in THD customers' homes.
• Working with THD stores to maximize lead generation though store connectivity.
• Assisting in the selection of job materials.
• Putting together a scope of work.
• Execute closing deals & collecting payment
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales objectives
• Handle all production questions from Field Managers and Associates regarding details on jobs sold
• Maintain strong relationships with all Bath Renovation team members and HD partners and customers
• Work closely with Sales Manager in gathering information, addressing challenges and presenting solutions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be willing to submit to a background check.
• Must be able to submit proof of employment eligibility.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and posses vehicle insurance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of sales experience (preferably in-home sales)
• Remodeling / Construction / Design experience
• Ability to work flexible schedule, including Saturdays (approx. 40-50 hrs. per week)
• Outgoing personality with a proactive attitude; self-motivated
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Upbeat and a great attitude; desire to always create a positive outcome; confident
• History of punctuality and good attendance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES

• Must be proficient with iPads
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

PHYSICAL ACTIVITY

• Frequent sitting; driving
• Lifting 25-40lbs occasionally
• Stand up to 4 hours
