JOB SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity to use your engagement skills and creativity to help grow our flooring business. As a member of the Marketing Team, the Quality and Engagement Associate is responsible for acting as a liaison between The Home Depot Stores and Associates and Romanoff to help ensure a high-functioning relationship between all parties that leads to improved efficiency and effectiveness for all.
We’re looking for a personable, high-energy, self-directed and fun individual who considers themselves to be a “people person” and enjoys engaging with customers to partner with others to drive business and support encourage them to consider professional renovation services, and encouraging store Associates to do the same.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Develop strong relationships with assigned The Home Depot stores and Associates that focuses on understanding the needs of the stores and partnering with internal Romanoff employees to help meet those needs.

Influence internal and external partners to achieve desired goals

Identify sales growth opportunities in the market

Conduct in-store training with Associates and store leadership
-
Conduct job-site visits to ensure you are well connected to the business and what is going on in the field.

Acknowledge high-performing stores and individuals
-
Assist in developing new sales generation games, contests, and collateral, etc. as needed
-
Maintain in-store flooring displays with needed brochures and materials
-
Attend home shows and store events and promote the Flooring program to attendees

Meet or exceed established productivity goals

Other duties as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
3+ years of experience in the retail industry or similar experience
-
Experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple customers and competing priorities.

Must be eighteen years of age or older
-
Must be able to pass a background check and submit proof of employment eligibility
-
Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and possess vehicle insurance
-
Ability to travel locally and other regions
-
Prior experience in lead generation or sales a plus, but not required
-
High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree achieved or in progress in Sales/Marketing preferred
-
Flexibility to work at least 1 weekend per month
