Bakery Manager

As a Bakery Manager, you will be responsible for a busy department and all it entails. This includes:

- High-quality customer service in accordance with our company's standards and procedures

- Oversee operations, staffing and training for the bakery department

- Plan daily and weekly production and staff assignments and scheduling

- Supervise bakery staff and provide staff training

- Monitor quality of goods and services

- Maintain cleanliness and safety in accordance with all federal, state and local guidelines

- Inform customers of services and promote sales within department

- Maintain accurate inventory and record keeping

- Follow recipes, use machine equipment, bake and stock in a high volume department

- Suggest changes to inventory and pricing

- Adhere to uniform and grooming policy as defined within company policies
