Responsibilities:

Customer Service Expert:

• Achieves individual sales goals and contributes to the store’s overall sales goals.
• Shows the desire and ability to connect with our customers and deliver the best San Lorenzo Bikinis shopping experience.
• Develops strong product knowledge across all categories and is able to communicate that information to our customers.

Building Brand Equity:

• Understands and is able to communicate the San Lorenzo Bikinis aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to our customers.
• Shows the desire and ability to work as a part of a team.

Operational Excellence:

• Understands and accurately processes all POS transactions.
• Completes all of the daily tasks, per company directive, in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensures that the store’s standards are being maintained on a regular basis.

Qualifications:

Physical Requirements:

• Available to work store schedule, as needed, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Able to safely lift packages up to 30 pounds in weight.
• Comfortable climbing ladders.
