- Initial document collection for new Counterparties Shell Energy wants to do business within
US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil.
Prioritize, request and manage counterparty onboarding requests in/with Shell Energy US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil,
and support demand management.
Troubleshoot issues and challenges preventing effective and efficient onboarding and assist continuous
improvement and innovation initiatives as part of the overall counterparty onboarding lifecycle management.
- Must have legal authorization to work in the US on a full-time basis for anyone other than current employer.
Minimum 2 years of related work experience.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsible for the information due diligence (IDD): document collection of counterparties (CPs) that need to be.
Onboard for both new business and where needed extension to existing business.
Responsible for determining request type, maintaining status in control systems (MDN / GT etc.) and associated tasks.
Responsible for taking and submitting requests from Sales, Origination, and Traders for onboarding counterparties.
Responsible for education and training of stakeholders.
