Requirements of all positions:

  • Experience in a leadership role
  • Full and open availability
  • Restaurant Experience Preferred
  • Receive and resolve guest complaints in a tactful manner to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Most Importantly: A good attitude, an open mind, and a Customer First mentality
  • Must be ServSafe certified, or able to receive certification within the first 3 months of employment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Typical work-week of 55+ hours with minimal breaks
  • Stand for entire shift and walk for long periods of time without rest or sitting down
  • Push, lift, carry and transfer up to 50 pounds
  • Reach with hands
  • Use hands to manipulate, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
  • Prolonged bending, stooping, twisting, and lifting products of up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to taste and smell
  • Verbally communicate with others
  • Ability to read and write clearly
  • Use close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to freely access all areas of the restaurant, including Front of House (front line and dining area) and Back of House (kitchen, dry storage, and walk-in cooler).
  • Work with hot, cold, and hazardous equipment as well as operate phones, computers and other restaurant and office equipment.
  • Adhere to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
  • Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food preparation and Production.
  • Provide direction to Kitchen staff as well as other employees regarding operational and procedural issues.

Hourly Assistant Manager

  • Develop employees by providing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and by conducting performance reviews.
  • Responsible for managing shifts as well as operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • responsible for assignment of job positions and/or scheduling work hours.

Salary Assistant Manager

  • Responsible for managing shifts as well as operating and maintaining the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Motivates and directs crew members and hourly managers to exceed customer expectations with food and friendly service in clean surroundings.
  • Assists the General Manager in supervising and training team members on products, processes and policies.
  • Assists the General Manager in maintaining inventory and managing labor.

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Three years progressively responsible food service experience and 1-2-year supervision experience OR
  • 4+ years of US Military service * Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor team partners with professional maturity
