Job Summary


Manages the execution of complex direct marketing programs requiring sophisticated test designs. Targets and executes treatments that support Post-Paid Consumer marketing, sales and service objectives for volume, revenue, profit, customer acquisitions, retention and satisfaction. Works individually or with a team to analyze customer treatments to deliver program objectives. Manages all aspects of treatment research, creation, monitoring and analysis including technical requirements, test design, planning, and performance reporting.


Additional position information:

  • Responsible for initiation, planning, executing, tracking, and measuring the success of email marketing campaigns
  • Grow opt-in email and mobile customer database by leveraging best practices and leveraging key marketing campaigns developed across the organization
  • Independently manage and execute all systemic email and SMS marketing campaigns and ad hoc requests including building digital campaigns assets, and troubleshooting operational setup
  • Manage and execute all early life retention and growth campaigns
  • Develop email and creative content, solicit approval from stakeholders on final layout, manage mailing list for the communications, and track results.
  • Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribe while increasing productivity of all campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to identify key gaps in current processes and systems, with an emphasis on enabling retention and customer growth through trigger based and automation process.
  • Manage the customer communication experience across all Customer Base Marketing


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and four years related work experience or eight years related work experience post high school
  • Four years GUI Interface and Lead List tools (i.e., Siebel Campaign Manager) experience
  • Four years project management experience


Position Requirements include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working and integrating with 3rd party ESP systems
  • An ability to deliver multiple projects simultaneously, with high quality and results

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Business, Technology or related field.
  • Technical capabilities and a desire to improve processes
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, emphasis on InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Web programming experience with emphasis using HTML/CSS
