Looking for Distribution Team Lead for a great Temp to Hire opportunity in Richburg, SC!

Some Essential Duties

• Process incoming and outgoing shipments ensuring accuracy and time receipt of material.

• Identify and prioritize shipping and receiving requirements to effectively meet order fulfillment and shipping schedules.

• Train and supervise warehouse crew to maintain and reinforce a safe and positive DC environment.

• Document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping or salvaging products or materials

• Provide accurate documentation with confirmed counts and product verification for inventory posting.

• Maintain and report discrepancies found during receiving or order picking such as item counts, and description, or physical condition of item.

• Performs Material Handling activities according to established company policies

• Support daily shipments for Inbound/Outbound shipments.

• Perform duties as assigned by immediate supervisor or any member of the management team.

Day Shift: 7am – 7pm

Night Shift: 7pm – 7am

Requirements:
HS Diploma or Equivalent.
Experience with Warehouse Management System and RF/RFID a plus.
Forklift driver certification on reach truck, sit down, order picker
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Computer literacy including Windows, Word, Outlook, Excel, etc
Math Aptitude
Detail Oriented
Able to work 12hr shift
