It was founded by a European Optician and his wife and soon grew to be very successful with partner locations in Germany, Spain, Italy, and England! The company prides itself in creating an excellent work environment where every team member plays a valuable role.

Brillen Eyewear is branching out to the US and is looking to form a team of highly qualified and motivated individuals to help with our operations in Orange County! We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Optical Customer Service Manager to aid us in managing our optical service team. You will be fully trained in everything that is needed — all you need is a strong background in opticianry, customer service, and some management experience.

Job Duties:

  • Manage a small optical service team
  • Manage strategy for handling customer and B2B inquiries
  • Answer customer related calls about products
  • Troubleshoot optical related issues
  • Work closely with company director and sales manager
  • Additional related duties

Recommend Skills:

  • Excellent communications skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Comfortable with Word/Excel/Google Docs

Required Experience:

  • 5+ years optical/lab experience
  • 1+ years management experience
