Job Description:
This position will be based at Peterson AFB, CO.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Systems Engineer will provide
technical/engineering support for the Air Force’s
Enterprise Information Technology Service Management
(EITSM) and Voice Protection System (VPS)
systems/programs. This individual will be the
Telos-designated Site Lead. Specific responsibilities
may include:

The Senior Systems Engineer will provide
technical/engineering support for the Air Force’s
Enterprise Information Technology Service Management
(EITSM) and Voice Protection System (VPS)
systems/programs. This individual will be the
Telos-designated Site Lead. Specific responsibilities
may include:
- Administer and maintain Remedy foundation data.
- Administer and maintain Oracle database Real-Time
- Maintain and configure the BMC Remedy AR System
- Perform regularly scheduled security and maintenance
- Perform quarterly security audits of EITSM
- Modify existing workflow or build additional
- Support integration and test of EITSM system
- Support integration and test of EITSM with
management processes.
- Maintain and support EITSM systems and applications
- Provide user and user rights management, including,
generation.
- Perform system & system component
IAW TOs or other applicable documentation.
- Provide analysis of operational configuration and
audits or by other means provided.
- Travel as directed by the COR to perform system
- Provide remote and local (IAW local operating

- DoD SECRET Clearance
- Experience Requirements: eight (8) – ten (10) years
of responsibilities and expertise
- Air Force Cyber background desired
