Sales and Office Coordinator


Transborder is a fresh growing company in U.S. but 25 years old company in Colombia and 5 years old company in Asia, we are a global dynamic freight forwarder, growing fast internationally and looking to fill a position with the right person.

The hired cantidate star with operative task, but after the procces are built up, he/she will star to sell

Essential Qualifications

  • Experienced in Import/Export Operations, Bookings, Customer Service, troubleshooting.
  • Ocean/ Air export & import documentation
  • Inland Freight documentation
  • Knowledge of freight forwarding/NVOCC/ TSA ops.
  • Ability to perform freight cost analysis, read ocean and air freight rates, and general bill of lading and air way bill terms.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Detailed Oriented and Computer Skills
  • Able to communicate thoroughly with customers in Latin America and USA
  • Sales actitude
  • Work on customers quote requests
  • Do follow-ups to quotes and operation
  • Work on growing new client
  • Excellent presentation

Leadership and Reasoning skills

1) MUST be a self-starter and a high achiever.
2) Ability to resolve practical operational problems and deal with a variety of situations.
3) Must be organized and detailed orientated.
4) Ability to work in a high pressure environment and multitask.

Experience: Import Ops Freight Forwarding: 3 years
