Job Description
Position Summary
Provides liaison function between personnel such as HR, payroll, accounting, finance, and benefits as needed.
 
Essential Duties
Supports branch recruitment functions by creating job requisitions in TMS, sourcing applicants and scheduling interviews.
Assists in onboarding, employee orientation and maintaining HR files in compliance.
Tracks safety training and meetings. Assists employees with questions related to pay.
Administers and processes payroll using the Epay system.
Ensures responses and return of payroll exception reports.
Handles job allocations as needed for employees in Epay.
Responsible for maintaining the petty cash account. 
Maintain PO log and orders supplies.
Provides operational and administrative support to the district management
Answers telephone in a professional manner and routes calls appropriately.
Responds to inquiries and maintains positive relationships with customers and personnel
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements
HS diploma or GED is required.
College preferred.
Must have two (2) years prior work experience or on the job training.
Team player with effective communication skills, listening skills, and drive to follow through.
Detail focused, efficient, and organized.
Adaptable to changing environment, willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, supporting customers and employees.
Pleasant phone voice and personable attitude.
Must have strong customer service skills. Including both internal and external customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
