Provides liaison function between personnel such as HR, payroll, accounting, finance, and benefits as needed.
Supports branch recruitment functions by creating job requisitions in TMS, sourcing applicants and scheduling interviews.
Assists in onboarding, employee orientation and maintaining HR files in compliance.
Tracks safety training and meetings. Assists employees with questions related to pay.
Administers and processes payroll using the Epay system.
Ensures responses and return of payroll exception reports.
Handles job allocations as needed for employees in Epay.
Responsible for maintaining the petty cash account.
Maintain PO log and orders supplies.
Provides operational and administrative support to the district management
Answers telephone in a professional manner and routes calls appropriately.
Responds to inquiries and maintains positive relationships with customers and personnel
Perform other duties as assigned.
