  • Process purchase orders over the phone, update customer information, and relay product information
  • Provide customer service support to multiple departments
  • Resolve customer complaints and search for data errors in system
  • Support marketing and sales department on pricing matters
  • Preform data entry and system maintenance on as needed basis


  • 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in a Customer Service or Administrative capacity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
