Responsibilities:
- Process purchase orders over the phone, update customer information, and relay product information
- Provide customer service support to multiple departments
- Resolve customer complaints and search for data errors in system
- Support marketing and sales department on pricing matters
- Preform data entry and system maintenance on as needed basis
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Experience working in a Customer Service or Administrative capacity
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
