Our client, a consulting management in the River North area, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support multiple Executives at the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all calendar scheduling including appointments/meetings and resolving or identifying potential conflicts
- Coordinate all travel arrangements via travel agents, private aviation companies and airlines
- Preparation of detailed itineraries and ensuring all necessary travel accommodations are adjusted to changes made prior and during travel
- Communicate meeting requests
- Assist with the scheduling of personal appointment/meeting obligations and travel arrangements
- Anticipate needs and take a proactive approach in managing daily tasks.
- Prepare expense reports
- Schedule appointments, reserve/set up conference rooms for meetings, arrange for refreshments, and clear room after meetings
- Compose letters, memos and general correspondence
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Administrative experience
- Calendar management and travel coordination experience
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree
- Professional polish and communication
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
