Manufacturing company in the Stafford/Sugar Land area has an immediate temp-to-hire opportunity available for a Customer Support Representative. Will work in a non-call center office environment and perform all aspects of the customer support function.

Shift: M-F 8AM - 5PM, opportunity for some overtime if desired

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming purchase orders
  • Utilize basic math skills to determine quantity of product needed for shipment
  • Maintain communication, mostly by email, to coordinate shipping, changes in orders, inventory levels, follow ups, etc.
  • Filing, answer incoming calls, and any other office duties as requested


  • Minimum of 1 year prior work experience in Customer Service
  • Basic math skills
  • Microsoft Outlook, Excel and previous ERP experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment with high level of organizational & multi-tasking skills
