My client is a rapidly expanding top-tier pharmaceutical company who are looking to hire a VP of Quality Management. This results-oriented individual will bring direction and leadership to the organization's Quality Strategy and the Quality Team to deliver high-quality patient care, improve business, and ensure the Quality Management System meets and exceeds Regulatory expectation. 

Responsibilities

• The successful Quality Management VP will be required to set Quality Vision and ensure compliance with all GxP related regulatory requirements
• Ensure that Quality Management Review processes execute business Quality Objectives
• Deliver effective strategy within agreed Quality Function Budget Bench marks
• Ensure an effective, and understandable Quality Management System is maintained
• Ensure all EC members are clear on their responsibilities with respect to the Quality Management System 
• Ensure delivery of Quality due diligence activities in any new venture within the GxP arena

• Advanced scientific degree or combination of equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Working knowledge of Eu and FDA Medicines legislation and good practices
• Detailed understanding of GxP requirements
• Proven track record in Healthcare or Pharmaceutical QMS
• Must be open to travel within the role
