Kumana is one of the most innovative start up food companies and is growing rapidly. In this role, you will be the tip of the spear as we expand into the foodservice marketplace. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be the face of the brand and B2B consultant to operators in the region, driving trial, volume, and brand presence. Success will require an entrepreneurial approach and direct engagement with influential operators in target channels, such as fast casual, full-service restaurants, food trucks, lodging, and more. Finding creative ways to integrate Kumana products into the culinary landscape of Southern California will define your success in this role.
RequirementsStrong foodservice industry and on-premise knowledge, contacts and experience in "the scene.” Recommended 3-4 years sales experience in channel with a strong track record of success Excellent communication and active listening skills Creative, solution-oriented mindset Self-motivated and able to work independently. Ability to think and act like an entrepreneur.Fully understands, embraces, and represents the Kumana spirit Self-motivated and ability to work independently in a high energy, fast-paced, field-based environment.Strong planning, prioritization and organizational ability Self-aware and able to adapt communication, presentation and professional appearance according to audience and scene Strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate.
