Executive Assistant, Intermediate
The Intermediate Executive Assistant will perform all facets of administrative functions. Manage daily and long-term calendars. Arranges meetings and coordinate all logistics and preparatory materials. Provide outstanding customer service. Interface with other organizations and personnel. Be the executiveâs office face and voice to the world.
The Qualified individual will need experience supporting Senior Government Leaders or equivalent. Must be capable of providing executive level, and/or general administrative support in all facets of administration. Ability to work independently and have experience with DoD support. Provide direct executive and operational support to the Director MDA/DVL. Oversee MDA administrative functions, special projects, and congressional inquiries. Serve as stakeholder liaison, interface and administrative representative for the Director. Solve problems, lead tasks, generate/receive/review/reproduce/publish/distribute incoming and internally generated correspondence, and provide document quality controls. Track/interpret/forward pertinent taskers to key personnel within MDA's e-Tasker system; ensure adequate timelines are met. Distribute material, which includes posting to and/or retrieving information from the classified/unclassified MDA Knowledge Online Portals (agency's internal website). Provide facility and project management oversight for a major building restoration on a historical building/landmark.
Position requires an active secret security clearance
