Things You’ll Do


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for collaborating on a team to achieve superior customer satisfaction through: 


• Effective communication, problem solving, and professionalism through phone and email.

• Creating solutions for difficult situations.

• Following through to make sure customer’s needs are met.

• Assisting customers that are seeking to cancel by helping them understand the features and benefits our system can provide.

• Leading by example. Be the success story!

• Working individually and collectively to help our team achieve department goals.

• The capacity to work at least 24-40 hours. (Saturday's and some holidays may be required)
