Job Summary:

Executive Director of Biostatistics opening with an established Biopharma in Greater Boston, looking to incrementally bring it's Biometrics function in-house

Overview

Senior leadership position, accountable for the biostatistics group of a stable and growing Biopharma in Greater-Boston. The position will act as the senior statistical review for trials, and provide statistical consultation and support across the wider-business. It will lead strategic discussion in the design of global drug development programmes, and contribute to discussions focused on improving innovation across the business.

The new hire will represent the organization externally to health authorities, internally to senior management and as a thought leader at industry events. Whilst they will manage the Biostatistics group, they will also have accountability for the coordination of the data management and statistical programming functions

To be considered

• Have preferably a PhD in related discipline
• 10+ years’ industry experience
• Exceptional communication skills, with an ability to deliver technical knowledge to audiences ranging in understanding
• A lateral, strategic thinker, with a pro-active solution driven approach
