Position Description
Enhances product workflow by analyzing and developing logistics plans that affect production, distribution, and inventory. Creates and reviews procedures for distribution and inventory management to maximize customer satisfaction and minimize cost. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of complicated tasks. May report to an executive or a manager. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

The Site Manager will perform management, organizational, business and technical leadership and ensure successful completion of tasks timely and within budget. They will have the authority to resolve problems, allocate resources, and manage personnel. The Site Manager shall provide overall management coordination and serve as a central POC with the Government for performance of all work under the contract. The Site Manager shall manage and oversee the overall operations during all shifts; make recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations to ensure that all requirements are being met. Candidate will maintain and execute the Contractor’s Quality Control (QC) Program. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures with the environmental and safety fields. The Site Manager shall possess a minimum of five years’ experience in CMS management (HAZMAT), end to end supply chain management, warehousing, inventory and financial management and three years’ experience using a HM Tracking System equivalent to EESOH-MIS. The Site Manager shall work from Government office Spaces aboard Warner Robins Air Force Base. Must possess or be capable of obtaining a secret clearance.
