We are seeking for a Technical Support Engineer to be part of our Operation team which own the technical aspects of NICE’s Customer Journey Solutions (CJS) deployment and support. The engineer will responsible on a day-day job on deployment, deployment automation, networking & security configuration on AWS (Amazon Web Service) and on-premise deployment and technical support. This person must have experience in networking, configuration, deployment and support of large scale production environments. In this role, you’ll work collaboratively with software engineering to deploy and operate CJS production & POCs deployments. Help automate and streamline our operations and processes. Build and maintain tools for deployment, monitoring and operations and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our test and production environments.
