As a role within the AP Supply chain team means being part of a team that deliver a safe and secure culture in every supply chain building, build a culture of awareness and actionable insights to mitigate shortage risks in order to drive sales, improve accuracy and in-stocks through theft prevention and resolution, and lead through crisis events to protect our guest, team and brand.
As an Assets Protection Director supporting Global Supply Chain & Logistics, you will belong to a great team of genuine, diverse, courageous and versatile people who put integrity and ethics at the heart of everything they do. You will develop and communicate AP strategies and priorities, including tactical plans and expectations, to your team, peers and leadership across multiple teams. You will be financially accountable by prioritizing and driving continuous improvement. You will experience leading a large remote team in Assets Protection through multiple layers, across all markets and establish a culture of accountability through hiring, setting clear expectations, talent & development strategies and performance management. Through training and validation, your team will be able to anticipate and identify shortage risks in key building processes and developing tactics to reduce shortage and drive profitable sales; lead a shortage prevention and resolution culture. 4 year degree or equivalent experience
6+ years of retail loss prevention / assets protection experience
Lead strategic vision and drive organizational change
Experience influencing key business partners
Operate in an ambiguous and rapidly changing work environment
Proven experience quickly adapting to changing priorities and tasks
Project and process management/ownership experience
Work in high intensity situations with composure and ease
Strong process background as well as critical thinking and problem solving skills
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Establish and maintain cross-functional working relationships
