Job Summary

Provide expert administrative support to the Vice President of Development and Alumni Relations.

Minimum Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree and nine years of office administration or project management experience including five years at Admin Assistant II level or two years at the Admin Services Officer level or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Vice President with university-wide administrative duties involving complex decisions which require a thorough understanding of the functions, programs and policies of the University
• Interpret administrative duties and policies;
• Maintain calendars, coordinate travel and schedule meetings, conferences, and workshops;
• Coordinate committee meetings, prepare agendas, record and prepare minutes and distribute reports;
• Board of Regents docket coordination to include notification of submission deadlines, submission to the Board of Regents web portal and serve as a liaison between Board office and departments;
• Compose routine correspondence, reports and memoranda;
• Perform related duties and special projects as required
