Human Resources develops and implements people strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages compensation and benefits, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, finance, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. We work together as One HR to make Wells Fargo an employer of choice. Provides comprehensive support for Global Payroll Services Leader, including planning, scheduling, maintaining, and executing a variety of programs to support the enterprise team. First line of defense for highest level WF Senior Executive escalations supporting SVP and SR Payroll Manager with highly confidential data and events. Must have a positive attitude and experience with planning, initiating, and monitoring change management activities, in-support of GPS initiatives and the GPS Leadership team. Ability to work cross culturally- understanding unique cultural needs to achieve communication effectiveness and collaboration. Functional ability to build relationships with business partner and support roles will be a key attribute of the selected candidate’s skills. Proven ability to collaborate with others, initiate action and complete challenging assignments. Roles require the ability to work through complex and sensitive business challenges consistently and effectively through collaboration and transparency.
