We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to coordinate local workplace services out of our Washington, D.C. office. This individual will work closely and assist our Workplace Manager and team to handle routine workplace operations.
  • Assist with all of the day-to-day office operations to ensure the execution of all workplace services, including: office supplies, catering, food and beverage, and anything else
  • Greet visitors and deliver exceptional customer service to all Rally Health employees, guests, and candidates
  • Maintain general cleanliness and appearance of reception desk and adjacent areas
  • Maintain safe, clean, and productive environment throughout the office, kitchen, and conference rooms while inspiring others to do the same
  • Process all incoming and outgoing packages and mail
  • Ensure security protocols for visitors, candidates, and employees are followed
  • Record and reconcile monthly Workplace expenses
  • Check all assigned tickets on a daily basis and update customers in a timely manner
  • Develop a strong working relationship with office employees and site leadership
  • Serve as cultural ambassador for the office and manage office events, holiday parties, monthly birthday celebrations, happy hours, philanthropic opportunities, sports clubs, and more!
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other Workplace Experience team members to ensure parity of services and experience across sites
  • Perform additional projects as requested

Required Skills:
  • You own it! You don’t need a lot of direction to make the office awesome and nothing is too big or too small
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to leading with ‘yes’
  • A least one-year experience working in an office environment; retail and hospitality experience, a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, growing environment
  • Excellent planning, decision-making, and critical thinking abilities in order to meet performance requirements
  • Fantastic organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and pivot quickly
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Google Docs and adept at learning new computer programs and skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent (and proactive) communication skills, both verbal and written
  • High degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
