JOB DESCRIPTION

The Maintenance Supervisor will report to the Plant Manager. They will have approximately 6 associates between 1st and 2nd shift. This person will help to build out the 2nd shift for the plant. He/she will also help to develop a robust preventative maintenance program for the plant. This person will also help to build vendor relationships.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years Maintenance Supervisor experience

Experience building a preventive maintenance program (PMI)

Electrical background

Experience with small tolls to large equipment repairs

Experience with expansion projects

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred
