The basic purpose of the position is to direct and motivate Production team members. This position will assist in maintaining uniform production of safe, quality products at the lowest cost. In the absence of the Production Supervisor, this position must be able to run the production line and ensure that an adequate number of trained team members are on the line to produce hamburgers, while also making sure team members follow company GMP’s, SQF, HACCP and all food safety regulations.

High School diploma or GED is required. * Prior experience running a food production line is required. * Knowledge of how all production equipment operates and able to function efficiently at any of the line positions. * Must have the ability to train and direct team members in a respectful manner. * Must be able to supervise and motivate team members. * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. * Must be able to deal with the pressures of production and maintain the respect of the production line team members is required. * Must be flexible to change schedule and hours of work to meet the needs of the plant.
