White Castle is seeking friendly, resourceful and knowledgeable Material Handlers to join our family!

Our Material Handlers will transfer raw materials and finished products to ensure that items are stored at proper location, loaded and unloaded from trucks efficiently, ensure there is a constant supply of raw materials to the production line and that all waste is disposed of in a proper manner. Your day to day tasks will include:

• Pulling and staging buns for the following day’s production. Hook up electric to freezer unit on truck. Put empty cartons on empty truck to return to bun plant
• Load and unload trucks of raw materials and finished products
• Supply new materials to the production line to prevent shortages
• Ensure proper storage of raw materials and finished product
• Remove all raw materials and packing waste such as pallets, empty cartons etc from the production line
• Assume responsibilities of the 2nd shift Warehouse worker in his/her absence
• Fill in on the Production Line as needed
• Inventory all raw materials and finished goods

High School degree or GED is required. * Knowledge of high school level mathematics and reading. * Ability to drive a fork lift is required. * Warehouse experience is a plus * Bending, turning, twisting, kneeling, lifting in order to load and unload trucks. * Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
