Position Summary
The Pottery Barn Outlet Team is looking for individuals who can collaborate and thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrate and foster innovative thinking, and apply data and intuition to develop new approaches and solve problems. As an Associate Buyer, you are responsible for delivering assortment, pricing & marketing strategies that drive success against sales, profit and turn goals. Creativity and agility will be key as you identify trends and synthesize information from multiple touch points in order to maximize the Outlet channel as the liquidation vehicle for brand overstocks and returns, while achieving channel profitability targets. This role collaborates with Outlet and Brand's Inventory Management, Merchandising, Sourcing, Visual, and Store Operations Teams to ensure processes and timelines are met.
