This team is growing rapidly to support Zillow Group’s rapid growth. The Recruiting team at Zillow Group is expanding the Recruiting Programs team and we are seeking an enthusiastic Program Manager to support our Research and Content Design needs.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Become a subject matter expert in recruiting programs and operations
  • Create and present training and communication content for the recruiting organization and cross functional business partners
  • Engage business recruiting stakeholders on project ideation and throughout the project management process
  • Ensure alignment of proposed projects with the program roadmap and its goals, and manage project planning and execution accordingly
  • Oversee tactical planning and strategic execution of assigned projects and programs
  • Drive complex, cross-functional projects, leading multiple efforts within a specific program simultaneously, with complexity and capacity as a limiting factor
  • Lead high-performing, cross-functional, often nationally distributed teams indirectly; challenge and inspire team members to achieve business results in a fast and quickly-changing environment
  • Work independently, without the need for day-to-day guidance from senior program management leadership
  • Drive for an Agile culture where “dates matter”; deliver quality project outcomes and communicate/set expectations when issues and risks arise
  • Conduct research that will help us enhance our recruiting strategies

Who you are

  • 2+ years' experience in Research and Content Design or relevant 4 year degree
  • Experience with Smartsheet, SharePoint, and MS Office Suite
  • Experience in Program or Project Management preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and various departments within the company
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable analyzing data in excel and storytelling to a wide audience with varying skillsets
  • Capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
