Our Growth & Marketing team focuses on creative initiatives for a two-sided marketplace: tenants and landlords, and we're looking for a copywriter with a versatile skill set. One who can help ideate and create marketing assets for business partners around the company such as Product, Sales, Paid Media, and CRM. This could include sales and B2B marketing collateral, video scripts and new product launches or updates, paid media, website copy, email templates, print ads, and more.
This role would have the exciting opportunity to help shape our communications with tenant and landlord audiences.
What you'll be doing
Ideate and create marketing assets for business partners around the company such as Product, Paid Media, Sales, Recruiting, and CRM
Edit and proofread copy as needed for grammar, style and consistency of brand guidelines
Understand the Zumper brand and customer to create messaging that is both on-brand and engages consumers
Develop compelling content for the Zumper blog and social media channels
Document copywriting best practices
Ensure all content is optimized for maximum SEO value
Help manage workflow and editorial calendar What we're looking for
5 years working as a Copywriter or Editorial Writer in a creative agency, trade publication, or in-house agency
Self-starter with an attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple products
Experience working on a range of communications platforms - including (but not limited to) sales and marketing collateral, video, email templates, responsive web pages, and paid media
Ability to synthesize diverse inputs from product, research, sales, marketing, and operations to create content the resonates with audiences
Experience following tone of voice guidelines and aligning writing style with the Zumper brand and the audience to which you are speaking to
Ability to self-edit for grammar, spelling, usage, and style
Excitement for ideating and creating content in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of creative considerations across website, mobile, online advertising, social media, video, etc.
