McDonald's Store Manager Description and Responsibilities

There is an intense training method which lasts a total of six months at McDonald's, including the study of the manuals, as well as practical training in the restaurant, in order for the Trainee to learn how the system works correctly. For the first three months, the Trainee needs to go through all the stations in the kitchen.
