TGI Friday's Application: Online Hiring & Employment Information

Step 1: Visit TGI Friday's Careers Official Website to Start Your Job Application

Want to build a fun, fulfilling career at Fridays? Then visit tgifridays.com/careers to enter the TGI Friday's careers homepage to make an application online. There are three job categories for you to choose: Team Members, Managers, Support Center. Select the one you like and click to enter the next step. Here we will take choosing "Team Members" as an example.

Step 2: Search Job Openings

Search current job openings by using the search criteria, like entering keywords, choosing job title, job location, state, city and zipcode, etc. Click "Submit" to get the list of search results after you set the search criteria.

Step 3: Choose the Position You like Most

There will be a list of job openings based on your search. You can click on the job title to view more detailed info about the position. Here we take Host/Hostess as an example.

Step 4: Read the Job Details and Make Your Application

Concrete details about the job you have chosen will be presented on this page, like job description, requirements, qualifications, etc. Please read it carefully to decide whether you are eligible to apply for it. Once you make the final decision, you can click "Apply Online" to start you application.

Step 5: Login or Create an Account

If you have previously created a profile on the TGI Fridays Careers site, you can simply enter the email address and passwords to log in. Or you need to create a personal account if you are a first-time visitor.

Step 6: Upload Your Resume

After creating an account and logging in, you will come to the page shown as below. In this step, you are asked to upload a formatted copy of your resume directly from your computer or mobile. Also, you can choose to skip this step if you don't have a resume.

Step 7: Answer Questions about Yourself

To help the recruiters better know your ability, you need to answer some questions based on your self and your previous working history. All fields marked with an asterisk are necessary. After finishing all the questions, please click "Next" to move on.

Step 8: Identify Your Gender and Race/Ethinicity

As an equal employer, TGI Fridays invites all applicants voluntarily self-identify their gender and race/ethnicity. All the info will be kept confidential.

Step 9: Complete an Assessement

To continue your application process, you need to fill out an online assessment. There will be 101 single-choice questions and 16 multiple-choice questions during the assessment, which takes about 15 minutes to finish.

Step 10: Finish Your Application Process

After completing the assessment in the last step, you will come to a page showing that you have successfully finished the job application. You may be contacted later for an interview, so please wait patiently.
